DETAILS OF THE PROGRAM BELOW:
Applicant interview/preparation for course:
Applicants discuss their goals and plans for the course with Hanan and Sara. Hanan will consult the Guides on the applicants readiness to proceed with the course. Those who have completed the Shekinah Judaism conversion and have shown a readiness to take this next step will begin the apprenticeship.
Introductory course (half day):
Hanan orients apprentice to the Way of the Essenes. Detailed discussion of history of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the environment that brought forth the Essenes. Discussion of the Essene Way and their overall beliefs. Discussion of the opponents of the Essenes and how they created a “reversal” in an attempt to negate and coopt the Way. Why it is so important to bring back the Way of the Essenes in this current age. Conclude with a detailed discussion of the Essene code of ethics, and the basic concepts of sovereignty, wholeness, the Tree of Life, depossession and soul retrieval. Offering scenarios and examples. Background reading: God is with Us.
Journey one (half day):
Hanan and apprentice go into journey TOGETHER and ‘meet’ in the dream space. Hanan and the Guides introduce the apprentice to her/his own Guides. All then journey together to deepen apprentice’s orientation to the work and cosmology of the realms. Main focus is continued purification and aligning his/her field and being with capacity to journey for others. Post-journey discussion of narrative events and their relevance/meaning.
Journey two (half day)
Hanan and apprentice continue to journey together to strengthen promote sovereignty and boundaries. This personal growth is crucial if the apprentice is to take on the responsibility of journeying for others. Hanan leads the journey and begins to invite the apprentice to participate in aspects of the journey to hone their ability and sight. Continued post-journey discussion of narrative events and their relevance/meaning.
Code of Ethics Discussion (half day)
Review Essene Code of Ethics and the responsibilities one has when journeying with clients. Discuss the joy and challenges of working with clients that requires strong boundaries and rigorous commitment to the highest good and to the Divine at all times. The responsibilities of acting righteously in both the journey space and in everyday life. Deepening understanding of 'the Way' as elucidated in the scrolls and how it applies in this era and to client work. Readiness for working with clients is assessed. Hanan checks in with Guides to make sure whole team is on board.
Journey three (half day)
Hanan and apprentice journey TOGETHER for a client. Hanan leads the journey, apprentice accompanies and assists. Apprentice observes/listens as Hanan narrates the journey in real time and relates journey to client. Discussion of journey four; fine-tuning, deepening the discussion + working through any issues/obstacles that arise.
Journey four (half day):
Hanan and apprentice journey TOGETHER for a client. This time, Hanan and apprentice take on equal roles in the journey. Hanan initiates the journey and then apprentice and Hanan conducts their own journey side by side. Apprentice begins to take on greater degrees of responsibility in the journey, thus honing their skills. Hanan and apprentice each relate journey to client; Hanan observes and provides feedback.
Journey five (half day):
Hanan and apprentice again journey TOGETHER for a client. This time, Hanan initiate the journey and the apprentice and Hanan conducts their own journey side by side. Apprentice takes the lead in intention-setting discussion and takes on greater degrees of responsibility in the journey. Hanan and apprentice each relate journey to client; Hanan observes and provides feedback.
Journey six (half day):
Hanan assesses readiness of the apprentice to assume responsibility for a complete journey. If green light is given, apprentice journeys for a client alone, with Hanan observing. This time, apprentice conducts all elements of the journey, from intention-setting discussion, to journeying, to relating content in post-journey discussion. Hanan observes and provides feedback. Discussion of journey seven; fine-tuning, fine-tuning, deepening the discussion + working through any issues/obstacles that arise. Feedback on client interactions and journey highlights. Hanan checks in with the Guides to see if client is ready for graduation.
Journey seven (concluding journey): Hanan and apprentice journey together and a final initiation ceremony is conducted by the angelic guides, granting apprentice the role of Healing Practitioner in the Essene lineage. CELEBRATION! <3
Concluding discussion (1 hour)
